The beginning of the end…

Yesterday marked the first day of my last term in college.  Excited? Yes. Stressed? Yes.

I should be getting graduation announcements out within the next few weeks so if you’re a friend/family member, keep your eyes peeled. I’ll post pictures once I get the physical cards.

Also, will be starting a greeting card line in the near future, in collaboration with a friend from Interiors.  Keep an eye out for that also!

I was sent the link to this wonderful store/blog, Upon a Fold ( http://uponafold.com.au/ ) and contacted them in regards to my Origami earrings.  Unfortunately, their paper jewelery isn’t quite booming yet but it’s always nice to make new contacts around the world!

I apologize for the lack of visuals in recent posts, I will have something exciting to see in the next blog post, I promise!

About leemodesigns

I have been folding Origami for over 20 years - being raised in both Japan and Hawai'i has shaped and formed who I am today. Origami has been a kind of relaxation for me my entire life, and only recently did I discover that I enjoyed wearing my work rather than simply displaying it! Although folding paper is how I originally started LeeMo, my personal exploration of digital fabrication has expanded the way that I approach modular origami. Folding will always be a passion for me, but I never want to forget how it all started: a little girl and a package of paper.
